HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RENT OUT MY PROPERTY?
Depending on the condition and location of your property there are a lot of variables to consider, however any property will rent out as long as it's marketed at the right price. We aim to price our houses perfectly, for both tenant and landlord.
HOW DO YOU CHECK IF THE TENANTS ARE GOOD?
We do an extensive back ground check on all our tenants, starting from the right to rent and ID verification/ income verification all the way to ringing their previous landlords to get a good idea on what they were like at their last rental properties.
HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?
NO LET NO FEE - we don't charge a penny until your property is officially tenanted.
