RENTER’S GUIDE

We provide a simple service when it comes down to you finding your new home.

1. View the property you like 

2. Notify us of your interest, then fill out an application 

3. We will communicate with the landlord and proceed accordingly 

4. We start our reference checks which can be completed easily with an app call canopy (we will also need to contact your previous landlord and current place of employment) 

5. Once everything comes back and we're happy to move forward, we arrange a date that suits you for move in.
